If you simply do not like your purchase you have 14 days to return them for a full refund. Provided they are not, not opened,damaged and in a sellable condition.
A 10% handling fee will be deducted on any such returned items
To obtain a refund- follow these 5 simple steps and we can make sure you get your refund or credit note as soon as possible.
1. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org telling us what you want to return. Include your name, order reference number/delivery number and e-mail address. List the item code and price and the reason for return.
2. Usually Within 24 hours of a buisness working day, a returns number will be e-mailed back to you for use on the return address. This number is valid for 7 days from issue. After that time, a new returns number will need to be requested.
3. Pack up the item well and include a copy of the delivery note that you received with the parcel and our returns e-mail in with the item(s). Sadly we do not cover the cost of returns.
4. Address the package to:

To help speed up top the process make sure you put your name, address and Order number on the back of the parcel.
5. Take the item to the post office and get a proof of posting receipt or ask to send the parcel by recorded delivery. Keep your receipt or barcode in a safe place.
